How much is EE really worth(DL expert needed)?

Ok another question lets just say i have EE and i'm in line at 7:30(is this the correct time that i need to be in line)how long will the waits be for the rides in FL?
I'm assuming you are asking about Monday or Tuesday EE (since on 12/11 & 12/12 DL General Admission opening is 9am). EE would open at 8am. So you are correct. Be in line at 7:30ish AM.

Being one of the first few familys onto PP is the goal. Get PP & Dumbo out of the way & the rest of EE flows nicely.

I like the way that HydroGuy did the FL order. One time we were walking by teacups back to Toadie & noticed no line for the cups & it was getting ready to start....so we hopped on....then on to Toady.

Same thing with the Carousel....(vrs. SW & Pinocchio), if there is no line & it's getting ready to start, hop on. Then ride the little puppet ride & the mean ol' witch ride.

Here's an example of our first EE experience (after getting info from HydroGuy, DangerMouse, DizzyAmi & others). Note - we stayed at the Fairfield which is about 2 min. further down Harbor from where you are staying. :

NOTE - IF YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT EE FOR SAT, THEN YOU SHOULD BE IN LINE AT 6:30 AM (SINCE EE OPENS AT 7AM ON SAT 12/9......per the DLR Calender.)

No kids...
Since (like me) you don't have kids, are you really interested in going on Dumbo or the Carousel? And since you are familiar with the rides at WDW, I also wonder if Peter Pan is a priority for you. (It is very similar.) Which leads me back to your original question:

i can get 2-3 day tickets for $310 with one EE day or $250 without. Would the cost increase be worth it and why?
Aside from Peter Pan and Storybookland (and not counting Dumbo), I've never found the waits in Fantasyland to be particularly troubling -- especially on a weekday. I rarely encounter lines of more than a few minutes at either Snow White or Pinocchio, and of about 15 minutes at Alice and Mr. Toad. (Since you'll be there multiple days, you could try hitting Fantasyland during one of the parades. That's proven to be a good time for me.)

You could use your EE for Nemo (plus another ride or two). I think that would be the best use of your EE, if you decide to spend the extra money. The two hours you might otherwise stand in line during regular park hours for Nemo can be better spent elsewhere.

I did just that for my EE this past Tuesday: Got to the main gates a half hour early, power-walked to Nemo, and made it on the first sub of the day. Once done, I was still able to walk on Space Mountain and Buzz, before heading to Autopia [where I got Dream Ears - but that's another story. ;)]

Whatever you decide, have a great time!

I'm just curious. These Park Hoppers that you are already deciding on...have you bought them already??? Are they part of a package that you've already got? If not, why not get your hoppers from getawaytoday.com. You can get a 3 day hopper for $159.00, and you get TWO EE's with them.

I love using the EE. Especially to get on Nemo this upcoming trip, and SM of course.

Just a note -- we went in the "off season" for our first trip to DL. I was amazed at how packed the park was. I was expecting short lines, but Peter Pan was 45 minutes (and that is right after park opening) and Dumbo was the same or longer. Since you don't have kids, you might not want to ride all of the rides in FantasyLand -- but be prepared, sometimes the lines are exceptionally long even in the off season. Often there are track breaks, etc for surrounding schools and the parks get packed!
Saturday is usually such a crowded day. When we were there, by 10:00 it was absolutely packed. Like a can of sardines packed. I really thought that EE was worth it, but that is just me! We also had little kids who get impatient during lines, so that factored in. But with 2 adults -- it is a different story! It's all about what you want to see -- and how much waiting you want to do to see it!
Have fun!:wizard:
