How much is deluxe dining?

I've been looking for the price for deluxe dining but can't find it anywhere. I know the basic DDP is $37.99 per day, but the Disney site only seems to price the deluxe plan with a package and doesn't say how much the deluxe plan by itself is. Anyone know? TIA!

You need to book a package (not room only) in order to add the DDP.
