How much is automatic gratuity?

I'm considering having a wedding onboard and want to think about how much guests will need to save for extra costs that are not included in the cruise. About how much for housekeeping, servers, etc. is usually added on automatically at the end of the cruise for 2 or 3 adults per room? Any ballpark number would be great

Also, what is NOT included on the ship? I know alcohol is not included and that you need to pay for BINGO. How much does it cost to play BINGO? Any other things that cost extra?

12 dollars a day per person

4 dollars for stateroom host
4 dollars for server
3 for asst server
1 for head server

As noted, $12 per person (each person in each room, even babies) is added to your stateroom account. At the end of the cruise you'll get tip envelopes and a coupon sheet with the tips indicated on them (amount and who it's paid to). You place the coupon in the corresponding envelope (along with additional cash, if you wish), and hand them out the last night.
