How much is AMC in DTD versus anywhere else?

I was thinking about going to see Herbie at the DTD AMC, when my DFI pointed out the fact that the tickets might be more there than here. I know in general AMC is a little more than some movie theaters anyways. but I think the Matinees (sp?) are somthing like 6.50 a person here and the night shows are at least 8.50 a person. Has any one seen a movie at the AMC? Thanks

AMC prices vary location to location, but the difference from theater to theater is within a dollar. Click here to see all AMC theaters within 15 miles of DLR. You will see that the two 'prime' locations (DTD & The Block) are $10, another theater is $9, and a fourth is $9.50. So it's not really that much more expensive. Certainly less expensive than driving to another theater to pay either $.50 or a $1.00 less.
