How do I know which policy to buy at insuremytrip.com? Lots of choices - mostly want to be able to recover the cost of the cruise if we have to cancel. Our medical is pretty much covered according to the rep I spoke with! If I booked through Costco - I think they are are "travel supplier"-right? Thanks for any help or advice!!!!

The insurance cost is based on the price of the trip. You can compare the various policies and click on the coverage listed for the company's "fine print." I think they all seem to cover the non refundable amount if you cancel for a covered reason, but the covered reasons probably vary by company. Each policy you compare on insuremytrip.com will list the medical, baggage, delay amounts they cover.
