How much did rates increase for 09? Will Disney still offer good deals ect in low times of travel?

Yes, they are still offering good deals. Stay 4 nights, get 3 free is the one right now. Some with gift cards as well. As compared, not sure, but I imagine prices went up from last year a bit.
