I know this has been addressed on the boards before but just trying to get an idea of what everyone is paying or paid?

How many?
Location?
Cost?

Well of course everyone is going to have something different.... Remeber to still call, and dont let any numbers freak you out. Its all how you decide to do your wedding.

We spent approx $25,000 for 90 people at the Pavilion and then the Boardwalk Convention Center.

Here are some of the things we did...

DJ
5-hour open bar
Pre-Reception food
Buffett dinner (with chicken, beef, pasta, jumbo shrimp, etc...)
Cake
Ouside Florist
Outside Photographer
Ouside Videographer
Ouside Limos
Hair and Make-up by Disney for Bride, Bridesmaids, & Moms ($50 hair/$45 make-up)

I have not YET had a dis wedding but am in the process of looking into i so this is not from experience but how I figured out the cost of what I wanted (estimated i am assuming) is by going to the dis wedding site. There you can can open a wish book, say what day and time you perfer, # guests, what llocation for cermony, reception and you can add anything you can think of (dj, flowers photo limo etc) and the give you an ewstimated price! good luck! :flower:
 
Keep in mind that your desired wedding day could change how much you HAVE to spend with Disney. We got married over a year ago, in a Saturday night wedding, which at the time was a $10K expenditure with Disney.

We spent about $14.5K for a 50 person event. Around $5K of that was on food and open bar. We also had a DJ, M&M, as well as outside floral, video and photo.
 

Just to give you another perspective...all we are doing is the very basic Intimate wedding package. The only "extra" is that we are purchasing our proofs in advance (it's cheaper that way) and we are staying at the concierge level in a deluxe resort...the total (for everything, including accommodations, and all the fixins' for the wedding) is running just under $5k.
 
We had 78 people at our wedding in December 2003. Our ceremony was at the Wedding Pavilion, our pre-reception was at the Italy Isola for Illuminations, and our reception was at the American Adventure Rotunda (they have since increased the minimum number of people for AAR and the Italy Isola to 100). We spent about $24,500 with Disney and another $16,500 outside of FTW including the honeymoon.
 
in the end we will be spending about $28,000 for our disneymoon stay at the yc, our wedding for 62 at the yc gazebo, prereception at marthas vineyard, reception at ariels plated dinner, illuminations dessert party, transportation, floral, music, randy chapman & stvs, welcome dinner at dtd, guys fishing excursion, bridal luncheon, etc. my parents are also paying additional for our guests accomodations.
 
Hi! I think we're giving Disney about $26,500 for next Tuesday afternoon. That includes the Wedding Pavilion, the reception for about 105 guests, the dj and Mickey and Minnie. We have Stan and Randy for about another $5,000. Hope that helps!
