Im guessing that under 3's are Free as they usually are in any buffet resturant in DLP.

Yes 13 Euros sounds a fair price.

Only prob is, if the Tea party is at 5pm eating lots of cakes and deserts will spoil our evening meal... unless we eat our evening meal a little later.

you could always have an early lunch 12pm...
then the tea party @ 5pm...

then just a hot dog or something later, if you have room :rotfl:

thats what we did :)
there was also savoury items ( so didnt JUST gorge on cakes :rotfl: ) but not sure if there is anymore ? :(

We ate the tea party as one of our main meals since at Plaza Gardens as Rach says there were plenty of savoury items. Think there has been reports since it changed venue of only being cakes etc?
Although I'm tempted by Buzz and friends DH & I really disliked Plaza Gardens tea party so aren't in any hurry to go again.

I think we are going to "brave" the pizza planet party in dec!! as E would love to see the Toy Story characters :goodvibes ( and me too :rotfl: )

the plaza party was mental in aug ! but good fun :) and food scrummy!

i havent heard about the toy story one before tell mre more please?

It used to be held @ Plaza Gardens

but has now moved to Pizza Planet, complete with Toy Story characters

From memory, the tea party lasts about an hour, and the price is £10 or £11 per person (adult or child).

When we went in Ocotber we enquired about the Tea Party and the CM told me that we would have to pay per person which included our 16month old son. That's the only reason why we didn't go

Oh No ! I really thought that under 3yrs could eat FREE! :sad2:

she turns 3 while you are theres doesnt she ??

She turns 3yrs old 2days after we arrive back.

Her actual Birthday is 17th Nov

We come back on 15th Nov...

But will be celebrating her birthday there at DLP ;)

ah thats where i was getting confuddled :)

She will be opening her cards and prezzys there and spending her birthday money in disney shop and having birthday meal and cake in Cafe Mickey so there will be lots of Birthday celebrations at DLP, so it will prob feel like her 'REAL' birthday there.

I know she will actually really turn 3yrs old 2days after we get back, but if we are eating any buffets i will still take advantage of the under 3's eat free as she still has 2days til she officially turns 3 so will make use of the deal while we can :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi

We went to the Toy Story tea party on 17th October and I booked it direct with Disney before we went. DD2 was 2 and we didn't have to pay for her. There was no problem when we handed in our tickets at the event, just said 2 adults, one child and one under 3.

Just to confirm, there are no savoury items now, just cakes, cookies, pastries, chocolate mousse, yogurt, sweets, lollies etc. There are plenty of hot and cold drinks which are also included.

We all have a sweet tooth so were quite happy to not have an evening meal that day, we certainly had no room for anything else afterwards LOL.

If there is anything else you want to know, just let me know.
