at AKV's? Cash ressie for a night would be helpful. I know there was a post on here at one time about someone seeing a stiudio or 1 bed being rented through regular CRO for cash? Anyone bookmark it? I need to find comparables.

Depends on the season. 2009 cash rack rate for a concierge studio range from $471/night to $705/night, not including 12.5% tax. ! bedroom units go for $625 - $925 per night plus tax and 2 bedrooms for $870 - $1640, plus tax.

FWIW, I was very surprised to see an AKV concierge room available for cash, and I don' t expect to see any again.
