How much do you budget?

We budget $1000 for 4 adults ( 2 actual adults and 2 boys that eat like adults!)... for 6 days. The first year we went we did the dining plan and ended up with so much food we didn't use all our credits. So on the last day we purchased a bunch of snacks to take home. The next year we didn't do the dining plan and saved money.

We usually budget $150 per day for DS14 and I. We have a TS every other day.

$150-200 each day/2-(sometimes 3 adults.) Seems of late we spend over though. Often a single meal costs us over a hundred.. if I honestly thought it was Amazing food,I'd be okay with it, but it's generally not. ( typically 2cs give or take.. sometimes a snack for bkfst, not cs and 1 sit down meal a day. )

Wondering where do you eat TS, is it signature?

We brought $2000 in gift cards with us for our 8 night stay and it wasn't enough (3 adults, 1 kid). We also use Tables in Wonderland.

My wife and I budget about $100- $150 a day for a 8 day trip. We generally have light breakfast/ coffee in our room. For lunch we do a QS in the parks or DS and most of the time split it. For dinners we eat at a signature 6 days of the trip. We also enjoy Bahama Breeze happy hour right outside the parks during the week for a few days during our stay.

It is just me and my 9 year old dd this trip. We can easily share a adult meal. She likes to snack so I figure 15.00 a day for snacks and another 35-40 for food. We are only doing one TS meal and my mom will be joining us so 100.00 for Garden Grill Breakfast. Sometimes if I want a salad she will just get a kids meal. I forgot we are doing t-rex or rainforest as well but a friend is picking up the tab. She won't let us pay. Now let see what I actually spend. LOL Plus one resort mug. I only drink water so it is a waste to get two. We don't eat breakfast just a early lunch. I will bring some granola bars for dd. But normally she don't eat breakfast at home either.
