How much do you budget per day at WDW?

5 yrs olds, what about those of us still kids at heart. We haven't even been on our Jan 09 trip and already are planning DL for Oct 09 and then back to WDW for Feb 10.

I can't lie i'm the one who is most excited to leave only 7 more days I can hardly stand the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We like to live large on vacation. For myself and DD our per day budget is:

$120 Food
$30 Activities (renting boats, carriage rides, etc.)
$150 Souvenirs (lots of clothes, stuff for house from Epcot, etc.)

I am by myself so I do not need much money. I usually take 100 dollars a day.
Then if I do not spend it all I put it with the next days money.

My girlfriend and I are hoping that $3k each should be enough for 28 days, all food/tips/souvineers/fuel etc...
