How Much Do We Tip Our Vendors?

Hey, everyone. This isn't a Disney wedding question, even though we are having a Disney themed wedding two months from today. I was wondering if anyone could tell me or suggest how much of a tip each of our vendors get. Is it a percentage of the cost or is it simply based on their performance. Here are each vendors cost. Any help would be appreciative. Thanks.

D.J.: $3,200

Videographer: $3,900

Flowers: $5,000

Photographer: $3,500

Officiant: $350

Limos: $1,500
