How much do the "Daily Navigators" change?

I was looking at the copies of the Daily Navigators from the DCLtribute site and was wondering how much these change from week to week? Are they useful planning tools or just a fun read? Any input would be helpful! Thanks!

They stay pretty much the same from week to week. Obviously things like movies, the variety show performers, guest apperances and the name of the house band changes from time to time.

The activities pretty much stay the same.
