How much do I tip my limo driver?

My daughter and I are flying out tomorrow and using a car service to and from the airport. The cost is $220 and I have a $100 gift certificate. I am yet sure if I pay it all up from or split it between coming and going, but do I tip both driver's, coming and going, or just pay for the tip in full when I pay for the service? This is the first time I have used a car service. I googled and it looks like I should tip 15% which is $33, but is that each way?

When trips are 'apart' like that, I tip each way...15% of the cost of that 'piece' of the trip.

For example, just recently we used a car service to take us to the Magic Kingdom for a day when we were on a cruise port stop to Port Canaveral. The round-trip cost was $250, so I planned a $50 total tip.

I had two envelopes with $25 in each...one for the outbound trip and one for the inbound. I tipped the driver when we arrived at the Magic Kingdom and thanked him for great service. Did the same on the return trip back to the ship with the other envelope.

Now it turned out we had the same driver, but that wasn't guaranteed so that's why I tipped each way.

I hired a town car for my DH who couldn't get leave until we were already at WDW. Anyway in the confimation it listed "gratuities are not included in your price. 20% is considered industry standard." We tipped 20% even though there was no baggage to handle (he had everything in a carry on which he carried). So I would say you would be safe with 15-20%
ETA ours was a one way trip. I would think you would tip on how you are being charged. IE if the round trip is charged at once you tip your percentage based on that if you are charged separately each way I would includ tip per each charge/trip.
