how much cash to carry

Hello all,

We are planning trip in Dec. (2 adults and a 7yr). We have everything paid for including the Dining plan. My question is how much money should we actually have with us? What have others spent approx. after all the main bills are covered?

When we go, I will be in the same situation with everything paid for including the dining plan.

I was figuring on around $20/day. This would allow for an extra snack or drink. Whatever else that may arrise. Most places will except your room key so that's why I figure $20 should be plenty.

The only thing I ever needed cash for was the barber shop. Everything else was charged back to my room. That was so wonderful not having to worry about that.
