how much can you realistically get done with a pre-park opening breakfast?

If I book Garden Grill around 8:15 for breakfast and Epcot opens at 9 is it realistic to be able to get Soarin, living with the land and Test Track done before crowds build up?

No I don't believe so. You can go to Soarin right from breakfast, but it may already be after 9. Living with the Land should not be a problem either. But Test Track is a bit of a walk away and is a "first thing in the morning" for many folks. I think the crowds and wait will have built there already

It's a character meal, and you are paying extra for that. You don't really want to rush.
But, even if you do speed through your meal, you will very likely still be in the restaurant when they are admitting regular Epcot guests into the park.
They open the gates about 15-20 minutes before the posted opening time.
