How much CAN the Poly concierge do?

My family is staying Poly Concierge in June. I would like them to make ressies for MK Fireworks cruise, GF Pirate Cruise, the Luau at the Poly, and Rose & Crown dinner ressies.

Has anyone had the Poly Concierge make this many reservations?

My biggest concern is the fireworks cruise. Three years ago I made a Epcot fireworks cruise reservation & had to set alarm for 4am due to time difference when I made our reservations. Does the concierge have the ability to make the reservation before they open the phones, or if all the spots are taken by the time they get into work at 9am, are my chances for a Fireworks cruise ressie out of luck?

I've done this before myself, and I don't want it screwed up.

But with what I'm paying for the room at the Poly, I'd like to get something out of it.

Should I make the ressies myself or let them help me?

Concierge will make as many PS's and other reservations that you want. I usually send an e-mail to the concierge before a trip with up to a dozen things and they'll do them all.

It has also been my experience that, while there are no guarantees, the concierge has a better chance than you do of getting some of the coveted reservations. On several occasions, I have asked the concierge to book something which was not initially available, but then later became available and they were able to get it. Thus, rather than having to call repreatedly to catch a cancellation for Cinderella's breakfast, for example, the concierge will do that for you.

By all means, use them to make your arrangements.
