This year it is just the DW and myself..... we are sept.10-19 with 10day hopperpasses and 2 tickets to MNSSHP staying at WL and with airfare from Buffalo it will cost us $3800. US :thumbsup2 .... I have spent up to 15000.00CND for a trip of 11 for 1 wk at POR.....

I voted $3-4 but really should have said $4-5000. After airfare and spending money, well it may even be more. Our tickets and room etc. for 10 days at a value were just over $3000. Then it was $1200 for five of us to fly down. So now we are at $4200. Another grand or so for spending money and there you have it. Why did you make me look at that all together? Gosh..it seems like so much money. But so worth it!
We only go every five years or so (up until now, this time I will push to return within two to three years). That justifies the $ a little

I voted $4,000.00. That includes everything, i.e. room, dining, rental car and spending for 2 for 11 days. We drive so I'm also figuring hotel rooms down and back up.

My sister just had 5 days in Atlantic City and the room was free. She told me she didn't pay her mortgage this month so she could go:eek: . I think she's nuts.

There has been many years DH and I have vacationed at "home beach" because that was all we could afford.:rotfl:

I thought I was insane for voting over $5000!! But seems like it is the norm.

Wow, that is nuts! Some years, we have has no vacation at all b/c we had no $$.

I'm going to have to say over 5,000 for 7 nights at the Polynesian for family of 5 and 7-day Park Hoppers. This doesn't include airfare! But, we did get the DDP in the MYW Package. I'm still hoping for a discount to change the total.

For the 3 of us, next month at POFQ - 7 nights, 5 day tix, free DDP - came to $1830. Add airfare of $555 & we also usually spend around $200 on souvenirs. So about $2500.

I just got a quote for our trip next Oct and just the tickets, dining plan & room is 4000. so I am looking at about 5000. for our trip. Hopefully I can get a discount on the room.

We are a family of five and we average $6000 for a week at a Deluxe.:scared:

That is not spending wildly either, it is conservative. We don't spend alot on souvies and don't do tours and alot of extras.

We have always paid out of pocket for food and generally eat CS lunch and sit down dinners 5 out of the seven nights We kinda skip breakfast and eat an early lunch.

I am trying to book for our 2009 trip right now and my DH's parents are coming so I will get off a little cheaper by staying AKL or WL and putting one of our kids in their room. It's about a $650 savings over our BC package.:yay:

I think the poll needs to add some higher amounts. We went in dec 06 for 10 nights, poly and AKL, 3 on dining plan, 3 air tickets, 3 park hopper for 10 days ( 2 ad, 1 kid, baby free) for about 5K. After 10 days I still felt I had not spent enough time in animl kingdom. I don't see how you can stay for under 1000 unless you g ofor a quick weekend.

We hope to go in sept 09 for 9 or 10 days. this time we have 4 of everything to buy, so Horray for moderates and economy rooms!

We have spent into the 5 figures before, but now there's only two of us and we can stay at SoG or timeshare for pretty cheap and tickets are not as bad for us so we spend 2-3 now for 7-14 days. we will be there in November for 7 days for just about 1,000 -- 329 for the timeshare, 105 car, 400 airfare and 100 for MVMCP - APs/tickets we already have for the rest. Not bad at all. Food is not included in this though, but it won't be significantly more than we would spend at home.

Our WDW vacations run about $8,000-9,000 per year. We always stay at a deluxe hotel, get the upgraded meal plan and fly to Florida. There are 5 of us, all adults.

With 5 of us, I don't know how to do it for less than $5K other than to go for only a few days.

Also over $5k - but coming from the UK our flights alone are over $3k for 3 and that's at a good price!

around $2500 (when staying at Pop)

just got back from week in vegas - cost half that much

guess where we'll be next year instead of disney....

DH wants to take a "break" from the mouse.

1,500 3 nights at fort wilderness camp ground and then 6 nights at POFQ with free dining. And thats for 2 people. My mom allways renews mine and my bride to be's AP's and it doesnt hurt that I live an hour away from WDW
