how much are glass pics

I told my DH not to get me a mother's day gift because I wanted to wait until we go in 2 weeks and get a special souvenir at WDW. Anyone know how much those pictures that are etched (or holagrammed into or whatever) into glass/crystal cubes are? Is there a limit on how many people can be in it? Are there different sizes?

When I went in 04 we had it done in Epcot. The package we had .... 2 small (about 2x2 inches) and 2 small keychains that are rectangle was $130 then. the guy who sold them to us said there is a lifetime warrantee on them, but 2 weeks after we got home the keychains broke and no one returned our calls and we kept getting the run around. The guy also said they don't break..Not only did the keychain part came off but it cracked the small squares i think were 40 or 50 each but the more you ordered the less they were each. I was told on the small ones you can only have 2 people. They have larger ones in the shape of mickey's head.... SOOOOO cute and they were around $100 eAch. Hope this helps a little.

There's a pretty wide range of prices. The 3-d image ones cost more than 2-d. I think if you buy additional ones, each is 1/2 price after the first. Can be a pretty good deal if you want one for yourself, one for Grandma, etc. And I believe the Mickey head one is closer to $300. We had it done at DL as a very special souvenir with DH & I in one ear, 2 DS's in the other ear, and DL castle in the Mickey head. I just wish they'd have centered the pics better, but they shipped it to us, and it was just too much trouble to call and try to have it re-done. I really should have gone to the trouble after spending that much money...

I will say to be very particular about how it looks when you pick it up. We had some others done last XMAS, and they weren't centered well at all, and the CM we were picking it up from agreed with us. They re-did it and had it ready for us either that evening or the next day (at no additional charge). They also included an extra copy of one of the cubes to compensate us for our trouble. Disney magic!
