How Many Turkey Legs Are Consumed On Thanksgiving

Ok so with Thanksgiving just days away. Does anyone know if they will run out of turkey legs or if anyone even cares that they are not even turkey?
I wonder how many they go through compared to a regular day.

As a former turkey leg seller (never on Thanksgiving though), I imagine they will not completely run out, however, there may be some times when the cart gets a big rush and the CMs fall behind on cooking enough.

I remember a rumor going around a while back that they were OSTRICH LEGS!

Of course that's completely false.
