How Many Trips A Year........

Well, after reading some of the responses, I am starting to get worried.

We bought into DVC because we were doing WDW three times per year. We haven't even made our first trip using DVC and have already added another contract. Looks like it will be a minimum of 4 times per year and I find myself looking for flight deals just in case a long weekend is in order.

Pre-DVC we were doing a trip about every other year. Once we purchased in 1997, we have been going up to 3 times a year. Our usual pattern is to purchase an AP, go in January, March/September/or October, and again in December. Then we wait just over a year and start the process over again with new APs. Now that we get the big DVC/AP discount, we will probably not take that year break in the middle, but will renew our APs and do an annual spring training trip.

Just got into Disney the last few years. 6 trips last year. 4 planned this year. Also a big thanks to Southwest for getting into Philly. Prices I love.

We started once every 3 years...then got our II timeshare and moved up to every year and then after DVC? Twice a year. I'd love to do three times, but until DS gets a bit older and we can stand staying in a studio without a door for some privacy we'll be sticking to twice.

I think we can live with that.

We average 2-3, once in a while 4 times a year.

When points run out, AP discounts usually bring us back.

Before we bought into DVC, we'd go every other year. Now that we are on board since the BCVs opened, we go over Easter, June, Aug., and December.
