How many total points do you think each resort will have when it expires and is sold as new?

I’ll be pushing 90 and over 100 when our points expire where we own…..not much of a concern for us.

Although my grand kids might have grandkids by then………

I am likely in the minority with this perspective, but I think that extensions or some type of conversion of existing owners is likely. The housing market continues to be a struggle for first time homebuyers. Unless there is a significant change in the market, I think it will be difficult for DVD to sell ownership interests to buyers that cannot afford a home.
