I need advice from some DIS members who have been to MNSSHP before. I am surprising my family with a quick trip ( Oct 28-Nov 1). I have ordered tickets for the 28th and 31st. Now it occurs to me that on the 30th we will not be able to be at MK after 5. This is my 13 year old's favorite place at night. Should I go ahead and get tickets while I still can or will 3 nights be too many? I considered going to Universal's Halloween Event but I'm afraid she won't like it. I don't want to scare her ( or me). Any advice will be greatly appreciated. :confused3

I'm thinking since you're only there for a few days, 2 parties would be enough. Maybe you could do Universal Halloween Horror Night for something different - no way of knowing if your DD will like it until you try it!!!!

:teeth:

You are going to MK for 2 the parties. One of the days could be MK during the day and Mk for the party. That way you can't loose. Right now we have only 1 party scheduled. We are doing MK that day and the party that night.

Universal's Halloween Horror Nights are NOTHING like Disney's stuff. I have watched shows about it and they are SCARY. They take fairy tale type things and twist them into something creepy. The show I watched was from 2 years ago I think and they had people in cages and some chasing you around the park with chain saws. Really, really trying to scare people, not cute fun like MNSSHP. At WDW, it's lots of good, clean, family fun. Kids (and adults) are dressed up and trick-or-treating, etc. So much to do and really neat parade, etc. Just a little info to help you decide....
