I brush 3 times! I had braces just a few years ago and the habit stuck. Plus, my kids shouldn't have to smell my tuna salad breath after lunch. :teeth:

I always brush when I get up in the morning and after I eat anything during the day, so it's probably 4 times a day on average. If I can't brush, I chew sugarless gum long enough to make me feel like I brushed :).

Seriously? Y'all brush that much? :worship:

I'm good for twice a day most days. Every single night, and most mornings unless I'm running really late or I forget. I'll brush on occasion if I have an icky feeling or I'm getting ready for something, but I can't picture myself brushing 4 or 5 times a day. Your dentists must love you! Or not, depending on how you look at it???

Usually three times a day, but I'm a sucker for the taste of toothpaste.
seriously, I love it.

I think I must have some sort of obssesive compulsive disorder when it comes to brushing my teeth! I brush at least 4 or 5 times before I even leave for work in the morning! I brush my teeth at least 5 to 6 times while I'm at work. Then when I get home, then after I eat, then a couple of more times before I go to sleep. If I wake up during the night (which is a couple of times a night) I get up and brush my teeth.

My husband was teasing me one time about it, he said I was the only person he ever met that would brush their teeth before eating. Sad part is, it's true. I can't help it, I just love a nice clean, fresh tasting mouth lol!

Heck, no. I'm with you. I use a Sonicare, but even using it I don't think my gums could take 3-5 times a day. I must be brushing right though. I have no fillings and have never had anything other than my wisdom teeth pulled.

Only twice. But I do floss almost everyday and we use the Sonicare Elite and it sure does a great job. It runs for two minutes (dentist recommended time) and I never realized how long two minutes really is! So I feel like we are doing a better job keeping our teeth clean these days than we used to.

I brush right when I wake up in the morning and after every time I eat anything, so in general, I'm brushing 5-6 times a day.

My mother would be so proud of all of you for brushing so much. Generally, I have only 1 planned brushing a day. Thats in the morning after i get up. Other than that I play it by ear. I will brush before I go out in the evening or somewhere special. But I dont have a brushing routine other than the morning brushing. And I never floss unless I feel something. Not the best thing I know, but thats just me. Before anyone starts about that not being good. I know. My mother is an RDA and I have a friendship with my dentist. I know I "should" be brushing more often and flossing daily, but I dont. I do have great genes that allow me to keep these habits. I have nice teeth, never had a cavity and a wonderful smile. And thats with one brushing only a day. :teeth:
