how many rooms for dining plan?

I should probably know the answer to this ,but my mind is a blank. We are planning a mid November trip and I will be reserving 3 rooms for family. Here is the question...if we decide to buy the dining plan, would all three rooms need to purchase it since I am making the reservations or does it go by room? Of course I am hoping for free dining, but nowadays you can't count on anything. If anyone knows the answer, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

You would need to book them all separately if you wanted different plans per room.
