how many ppl have an in or person at disney

do you have an "in" or cm person at Disney that feeds you information before it is public? is that person often right? i am not asking what they do or what park they work in, unless you want to share, but i figure the less info you share about them the better to keep them from getting into trouble. i am just curious if you get a lot of insider info and if your person is usually right.

i see people write blogs and they are often dead wrong.

Front-line CMs and even the bottom few layers of management typically won't know anything new until minutes before the information is released to the general public. The exception is the CMs who will be working the new thing, and even then they typically find out just in time to start training for whatever is new. I've heard stories of Guest Relations/Ticketing employees discovering price structure changes by noticing that the prices changed in the computer and new printed price sheets are out.

I have a family member that works for Disney in Burbank. He tells me things and he is always right, but there are MANY things he wont tell me because he loves and values his job.

DS25's best friend is doing professional internship and most of the time lets us know of things just before they happen, because she only gets the info right before it happens. The only real heads up she gets is if there are celebrities in the parks because they usually escort them through the parks. She works at MK and was an Imagineer in training during 7DMT - she never once told us anything about it until the day the opening date was released to the public.
