How many points in all the DVC propertys? Just the 6 that are there now. And how do they come up with the number of points to be sold. Must be some sort of formula. Just a question. Rich

I don't know about the other DVC resorts, but there are about 7,674,823 points at OKW. I determined this by dividing the 2003 annual budget of $18,642,145 by the $2.4290 per point dues.

Take this one step further to determine the total sellout price of OKW... It amounts to over $422,000,000 at a conservative $55 per point average selling price.
