How many phone calls?

Just taken a little pole how many times has everyone try before getting thru to Dvc member service in the last 3 days ?

I have try a least 30 times a day and have gotten nothing but all Circuits are Busy try again later! That goes for Dvc and disneys regular lines. Do you think all of this caught them off guard or just don't care?

If everyone, all 250,000 plus owners did that, could be why no one can get through.

Started calling on and off at 9:20 EST today. Finally connected at 11:41 after 43 attempts. On hold for 8 minutes, then connected and my issue with Web Site access resolved in about 36 minutes. Not to bad considering the reduced staffing and high call volume. Just keep trying - the reps working from home are really anxious and delighted to help the members.

June 22: 106 phone calls rapidly dialing between two phones (cell + landline)
June 10(ish): Also about 100 phone calls before connecting

Everyday for 2 to 3 hours. Sitting at my desk working with phone on speaker and hitting redial over and over and nothing. I have sent 2 emails with no replies.

I called member services this morning (10am PT). Took 15 minutes of redialing to finally get in. Then had a 50 minutes wait on hold. So not as bad as I had been expecting.

This morning took about half dozen calls over about a half hour 9:30-10:00 to get answered then waited 40 minutes which was the time they estimated. I was able to make the changes I wanted so overall pretty pleased compared to what I expected or have read about.

I think there were some people still waiting for replies from June 2nd emails.

Mine is going on a week w/ no reply.

Best bet is still to rapidly dial 100-400 times until you enter the queue.
