Why don't you do what we always do at our reunions, everyone brings their OWN drinks, bring what your family enjoys and prefers and everyone shares in bring the food ( which I know is already planned out ), if everyone brings their favorite drinks and maybe alittle extra, the hardship won't be piled onto one person, drinks are too expensive now for just one or two to bring them all.

Oh and we alway have someone make a huge pitcher of ice tea and cool-aid this has always worked nicely with plenty to spare.
