How many people fit on the Motorcoach buses?

We were just wondering how many people fit into the bus. We are not too sure how many are coming to the wedding. We were hoping to keep it to one bus but it seems like EVERYONE wants to go to Disney. HELP!

I believe it was 48 or 49. I know if you have more than that, you can have the bus shuttle people instead of paying for 2. good luck!!

I've read both the limo and the shuttle bus can make multiple trips. They're yours for the entire 4-5 hour rental period and you can keep them in service the entire time if you wish. If you go over, they charge by the hour. I don't know about the bus, but the limo costs $90/hr after the initial four hours.

i am so happy to hear that they can shuttle people becasue haivng to rent two buses would have been alot of money.
question though for those who had busses did you also have a limo for the bridal party? did you then use it for the two of you?

We're having a bus and a limo. The limo will be to take the bridal party from the GF pictures to the WP for the ceremony, and then it will take DF and me to the reception.

The bus will pick guests up from disney hotels, bring them to the WP, and then bring everyone to EPCOT for our reception. It will then bring everyone, including us, back to our hotels at the end of the night. Anyone that drove to the WP (staying offsite) will take the bus to the GF and walk to their cars.

You can have people shuttled but if you have a time limit you might need two buses....We had to get people from the WP to EPCOT in time for illuminations...if we didn’t have two buses then the second group would have missed the show....it really depends on your schedule for the day...
