How many people can Whitehall room hold really?

Hey Everyone,

I love the Whitehall room but we did our preliminary guest list and we have 75 people. I had heard the room holds 50 comfortably. I don't think all these people will come, but if we had around 60 would that be too many?

The meeting website says it can hold 150 so I got pretty confused.

DF hates most of the ballrooms and other locations so I'm getting stressed out about this.

I think for a sit down reception (or buffet) it holds 40 - 60. I wonder if the meeting site is quoting it with the outside area and everyone standing up?

Will you have a DJ or other entertainment? We are having the Whitehall room and patio for our reception. I have been in that room 4 times already and it really isn't big. We were also told 50 max because we are having a DJ. The room can hold a DJ, 5 round tables of 10, and a sweetheart table. That is what we will have. Plus the dance floor is in the middle. So, if you had no dance floor and no DJ you could fit 60 in there. If you had 60 and wanted a DJ you could ask to have the DJ out on the patio and have all the dancing out there.

Thanks guys. I'm still pretty set on it, unless I find out that I can do a restaurant buyout of Citricos. Gotta look over more locations tonight.
