My family (mom, dad, sister, my husband and two kids) are going in May to BWV. My mom has now decided it would be fun to invite my grandmother as well as my aunt. Can we all stay in a 2 BR? Oh, my kids will be 5 and 1, so there will be 9 of us but one is a child under the age of 3.

Thanks!

The room is for 8 plus a child under 3.

The beds are a King bed, two sleeper sofas (one queen and one full size) and a queen bed. No additional bedding or cots are available from Disney.

I believe occupancy is 8. The infant should be ok though. Will probably raise a little debate hear though :)

Within the rules but a little crowded and borderline dining arrangements. You should be fine.

You are within the limits, but the question is will everyone be okay with the bed arrangement? Will mom and dad be willing to share studio with grandma an aunt or sister and one of your children?and all use 1 small bathroom? The pull out is not very big, it would be very close for 2 adults. You could put grandma and aunt in the living room and keep the kids in your room if you can sleep comfortably with your 5 yr old in the same bed or on the floor. I guess it depend on your comfort level

Is there just 1 bathroom in a 2 BR? I thought there were 2 bathrooms in a 2 BR villa. If there is only 1, that could definitely present a problem. It will definitely be a little crowded with all of us there but I also think it could be a lot of fun since my grandma and my aunt have never been. I would love to see my grandma watching her great-grandsons with all of the disney characters.

There are two bedrooms. One in the main room and one in the "studio" second room.
Um.....I think you meant "bathrooms", not bedrooms. ;)

Sorry for the confusion, I should have elaborated. The bathroom in the studio side is small and would be cosy for 4 adults to share. The bathroom in the one bedroom is huge- two rooms, however the toilet and shower are in one room so that is the one everyone needs to use, the other has a nice vanity and tub. Only you know how comfortable your group will be- some families do well with togetherness, others need a little space. Do they mind sharing beds, etc. It would be wonderful to share the experience with your grandmother- any chance of getting an extra studio for them to give you all a little breathing room?
