How many pages do you go back?

When you log on to the DIS what do you do first? Check through the days threads? How far back do you go? Do you go and check all your old threads for any recent posts? It's amazing to me how quickly a thread can end up on page 4 or 5!

I'll check page one, then two, then three, then four and so on.

I usually check the first page of the forums I follow then I look at my subscription threads.

Here on the CB, I go back to where I was last on, though a bit tough if I am not around for a few days. The CB will do 4-7 pages a day. The other few boards I visit, Tech, Photo, a couple others, new threads are only on page 1.

I read all the new threads starting on page one. Then I go back to page one and read the threads that were created while I was on the other pages. Of course I don't read all the threads, though.

I click last posts and go as many as 4 deep before starting over or checking my subscribed threads.

I used to read almost everything. I'd start where I'd left off previously and keep reading in a descending order.

I've been away from the boards for quite a while, and when I came back I sort of eased myself back in. I started with page 1, then the next time 1 & 2, etc. I'm now up to the first 5 pages, starting at page 1. At some point, maybe I'll be able to go back to my old method.

It all depends on how much time I have. I always start at page 1 and work my way back. Typically I only make it to page 1 or 2 before I have to go. I also search my posts to see what kind of responses I have received (when I remember).

My routine is Budget Board, usually only page one, sometimes 2. Then I hop over to the Community Board and look at all the new posts. If I'm checking in often throughout the day I'll also look at the Themeparks and Cooking, Crafting, Scrapping and sometimes Wish boards. Unless I am visiting constantly is it impossible to look at all the New Posts since my last visit. The DIS is soooo busy!
