have shown up to your disney restaurant and found that the reservation you thought you had was no where to be found?? any suggestions:confused3
 
Did you have your confirmation number with you? Could they not find you by name, phone number, and/or confirmation number?

When you check in, ask to have all your ADR dates/times printed out for you and use it to review and make sure all your ADR's are there, if one is missing, go back to your ADR confirmation number and ask they find it and add it to your reservations, then have them print it again so it's on there....then just take the printed page(s) with you when you're going to eat!

Hasn't happened, hopefully it won't. Just curious what people have done when it's happened. or if it's something that happens a lot.

WOW! I didn't know they would do that for you. I guess I've just never had to, but I will certainly be doing so this trip. I have many ADR's to keep up with!!!:goodvibes
 
Your front desk cast members will probably tell you that the lobby concierge desk can print them out. That's what happened to me on my last trip. I wanted a printout, and I was directed to the concierge counter.

I recommend that so that you can review the times and dates.

I have had it happen four times that I can remember off the top of my head - CRT, 1900 Park Fare (2x) and Cape May.

Each time I just stood there and rattled off my confirmation number to them - a couple of times I was told that reservation was cancelled and I said not by me or anyone in my group (like my husband would even know how to do that) and each time I have been seated. I think the key is I wasn't just saying I thought I had a reservation...I had my confirmation number from the original call.

I don't bother checking later as I don't need to hear that they can't find it when I have made a reservation and I have a confirmation number.

Yes, at least at Pop and ASMu, so pretty safe to say Movies and Sports would also (have not stayed at them).

You can also get them printed out at Guest Services in the parks.
 
It seems to happen to us all the time. I have a short, incredibly easy last name and when I make ADR's, they ALWAYS seem to get way more exotic with it and spell it incorrectly.

I just carry the confirmation # for each day's ADR's and have never had an issue once the confirmation number is provided.

We did have one time when our reservation at the Rose & Crown had been cancelled--not by me, I might add. We were still seated right away.
 
It has happened to me once. Which is why I bring my conf # with me to the restaurants, and I have the concierge desk at my resort print out my list on arrival day.
 
We had that happen once at AK in 2007 for breakfast but we had no problems. I had my confirmation number and they didn't even ask for it. They just fit us in quickly with no problems.
 
Most cell phones have a "notes" feature. I always type in before my trip the time of my ADRs, where they are, and the confirmation number. I figure I'm going to carry that around with me anyway, so I don't need to worry about digging a slip of paper out of the depths of my bag :)

It's also convienent as I'm walking through and going, "was it 6:25 or 6:55????" :)

I am loving this idea! And I am getting an iPhone in June before our trip so I will be using that feature for sure!

Yes, all resorts have a lobby concierge area, even the value resorts.
Not to be confused with the concierge at deluxe resorts. There are people in the lobby that aren't front desk check in cast members who will make dining or recreation reservations for you, or help with tickets. Disney just calls them "lobby concierge".
 
I always type my ADR confirmation numbers into my calendar on my iPhone. Once I've booked our all our dining, I call back to confirm all my ADRs. I never go to a restaurant without that confirmation number.
