How many of you park hop?

Our last trip I bought the park hoppers and we used them and everything worked out fine but as I am planning my upcoming trip I noticed that the only days I was going to park hop was for Epcot and MGM. I was planning to go to Epcot one morning and MGM at night then on another day MGM in the morning and Epcot at night. So .....instead of spending the extra money on the park hopper option I will just rest in the afternoon and go back to the same park.

I am just afraid I will regret not having the park hoppers but if I stick to my plan I won't need them. How many of you park hop? :tink:

TIA, :thanks:

We do - we find ourselves hopping even on days we hadn't planned to! I'm sure we would be fine without the hopping but for the extra money I just like the flexibility it gives us... :)

We are Hoppers. We just never know when we might have a change of plans. Sometimes we like to catch fantasmic and then wishes back to back. Awsome!

I have always gotten the Hoppers ...that way I'm not too restricted as to where I "may" want to go, later in the day :thumbsup2

We do that too. . . That my kids idea of the best night ever.

We always Park Hop, usually just for dinner/night-time show.

We always buy the hopper options. If a park gets to crowded, we like the option to go to another one.

We always buy the option even though we don't necessarily need it. It's nice if plans change and you want to head to another park, not so much aggrivation.

We have had the hopper option on every trip. We always stay at the Epcot resorts so we end up hopping on over to Epcot every night! On our last trip, one day we did AK in the morning and MGM that afternoon. We have been planning less and less with each repeat trip to WDW so having the option lets us go where we feel like going at the moment.

I'm having trouble deciding. However, I've read that you can purchase your tickets without the hopper initially, then when you're there, if you decide to hop and you need it, you can simply add it on at that point. Bottom line is, if you don't need it, you won't have paid for it. If you do need it, you can add it on.

I always get the hoppers. I like the flexibility. Also, I like to do the EMH, but don't want to stay in the EMH park all day.

We park hop all the time. We've gone to three different parks in one day. We just like having the option of going somewhere else, if one park gets a little crazy.

We're Hoppers also! :thumbsup2 We like to be able to go to a park in the evening on a day we do AK. And as many have stated, we also like the option to change parks if one is too crowded. This option is especially helpful during busy holidays/weeks.

We are also park hoppers. We like to fit in as much magic in as many places as we can. :goodvibes We park hop every day of the trip.

I can't imagine a Disney trip w/o being able to hop! :rotfl: We always stay at the YC/BC so we're walking distance to Epcot... I like having the option of just walking on in for a few hours and then going to another park..... I need to be able to do more than 1 park per day....

We personally hop, but we have season passes. We could stay in one place if we had to. For one day I personally wouldn't spend the extra cash.

If you're only going for a day or 2, then maybe I wouldn't bother with the Hopper option. But if you are staying for several days, it would be very worth it to me just to have the flexibility and potential to hop if I wanted to. It's $37 (I think) to give you all that extra potential, and compared to the money you're already spending on the trip, it's a drop in the bucket.

I like having the ability to hop should I choose to do so - on my last trip we didn't at all, but it was nice knowing I could if I had wanted to. Still glad I had it :)

We love to park hop! We always go to one park in the morning and another one usually for dinner and fun in the evening. My favorite day was when we were able to go to MGM, Epcot, and then to the MK for Spectro and Wishes all in the same day! :cool1:
