You know, to another city? state? maybe even country???

Not me.....I've stayed here in my little brown house for 19 years!!! I'd like to be moving to a warmer climate in a few years......hopefully I'll still be a DISer, too!!!:smooth:

I have, from my desk to my lazyboy (got a lap top)

Two moves for me.

I joined when I was "between residences" in Mississippi. Then moved to Clearwater/St Pete FL, then to Orlando.

Let's see... I found this place over 5 years ago while in college... soooooo... I have moved to and from a few times during that last year or so there. After I moved back to my dad's, I got married and moved to a townhome with my husband and less than a year after that, we moved into a house. So I've moved a few times during my years here never far... but a few different cities (technically at least) ;)

From one city to another - just across the river, about 30 miles.

Looking to move, does that count? We'll be out of this house in 2 years or less. DD7 will be entering middle school, and I WONT send her to the one in our town...long story, dont want to hijack. We're looking at houses now, however DH really wants to buy land and build, so we will probably go down that road.

Worst part though is that right now, I only have 10 years left on this mortgage...man, it would be nice to send that last DD off to college, and not have a mortgage payment...but no luck there!..We're hoping to pay cash for the land, and as much of the building as we can, and only finance a small amount.

Oh- and we'll be moving out of state- to the next one...(about .5 miles)...and about 4 towns east...so 1/2 hour away

I started college which can be considered a pretty big move.
When I registered I was in high school in Massachusetts and now I am at college in Indiana.

Technically, I have twice.

Once was from my parent's house in one town to an apartment the next town over when I got married.

Then, last year, DH and I moved from our apartment 3 towns over to the house.

Okay, so it's no more than 20 miles apart, if even that, but it technically is moving to another town. LOL!!

Let's see when I started I lived in Cape Cod with My Parents, then I moved to an apartment in Sunderland, MA as I finished my last year of college and then I moved to an apartment in Taunton, MA and now Friday (yikes....) I am moving to Indiana!!!!

WOW, hopefully I will settle down out there.... we shall see.... we are moving to to a townhouse on a golf course there and hopefully within a year and half (half because I WILL NEVER move around the holidays agian!!!) we will move into our own house.

I moved from Staten Island NY to Nazareth PA and I am not getting used to the slower pace yet...

We're about to move from NJ to PA, into our brand new house! YAY!!

I can't wait!

The reason I joined the DIS in the first place was because I had recently (just a month before) made a HUGE move from FL to IN, and was rather disappointed and missing WDW. Since then I lived in IN for a full year and moved back to FL again.

I have moved several times since I joined while I was in college. I kept moving from a dorm or apartment back home, then back to school. Now I have moved into my new apartment with my new DH. :)

We moved this past August. We were finally able to buy a new house! So it's a new house, new town and new schools...but not that far from where we were living before...but far enough that we're having to start over w/ making friends and stuff.

Have not moved a day in my life. Living our parents house with my brother. 40 + years. Look pack rat up in the dictionary and you will see my picture.

I have and on Jan. 10 we'll be moving again :( . So soon my location will say Vernon, NJ Middle of Nowhere.....................

Nope, not me.........been here for 13 yrs & aint moving anywhere anytime soon:D
