We couldn't take it and had to get back to green grass, green trees, and 4 seasons. The best thing about living there was it was only a 5 hour drive to DL. It sure saved on airfare!

To much traffic, people who can't drive when there is a fender bender on the side of the road. must we all stop and look!!!! I grew up in Puyallup and back then there weren't so many dang people here. It's just way to CROWDED HERE!!!!
My husband and I are going to be moving to Spokane, Wa. We plan on building a house and I will be finishing up my Master's in teaching at Eastern. We have lots of friends and family over there. So, I really miss it!!! It's so much more calm over there and only takes you about 15 minutes to get from one side of the town to the other side. where here it takes almost an hour and 20 minutes to get from Tacoma to Southcenter with traffic. I'm just so sick of the traffic! Not to mention the housing is very expensive here. I'm just not a city kind of gal!
We live in Auburn, about 30 miles south of Seattle...home of the great Supermall and not much else...![]()
I was born in Longview, but grew up in Auburn. I well remember when this used to be a little Farming community...now it's just one big traffic jam from 2:00 to 7:00 PM.![]()
I don't know where eveyone is going, but I don't venture out of my house during those hours unless I absolutely have to.![]()
A Kent resident here!
Ravensdale here....right at the foothills of the Cascades.....40 miles southeast of Seattle.
Grew up about 2 miles from Disneyland. Moved to Washington 15 years ago...and love it!

Hi! Have you ever been to the restaurant BitterSweet? We have a gift certificate, and are trying to figure out if it's worth the drive (for some reason Kent feels a million miles away).
