So we have done 4.5.7 and we now have a trip booked for 8 nights at Polynesian in December. I keep feeling like I want to add a 9th night!
How old are your children? My family's sweet spot is 8 nights, which gives us 7 full days.
2 Magic Kingdom
1.5 Epcot
1.5 Studios
1.5 Animal Kingdom
0.5 Disney Springs
We like to go down on Friday and come home on Saturday so we have that next Sunday to unpack, do laundry, and go to bed early before heading back to work and school.

Do they do good with park hopping? We haven’t been brave enough to try it yet! They will be 6 and 3 this year.7, 4, and 2
We are taking a “Disney break” after this year for a Disney cruise! I think that has me just wanting more too!We started with 5 nights for our first trip and have settled on 7 or 8 nights for more recent visits. We did 7 nights for our upcoming trip to save enough dvc points to use next year. I get wanting to add a ninth night at Polynesian. If you can swing it, I doubt you’d regret it.
We usually do rope drop until after lunch, then back to the resort for a nap, then back in the parks from about 4 to 8. Sometimes we'll skip nap for something like an afternoon parade, but bed by 9:00 at the latest is absolutely necessary.Do they do good with park hopping? We haven’t been brave enough to try it yet! This is what we've been doing as well. Need time to enjoy the resorts and all they offer.I usually do 10 nights which I split among 3 of my resorts, 3, 3 and 4.
