When I made the board, I was just curious how many people had gotten on average. I thought popularity contests were left behind in high school. I guess I was wrong. Seems you can't say anything these days. Someone is offended by everything.

There are a lot of younger players who read and post on this board. I suspect they are the people whose feelings Mal is trying to protect most. Given the various problems with gift deliveries, I think this is a good idea in general.

That said, knowing how many candy canes I received isn't really an indicator of how popular I am. I earned some last minute credits and used an alternate character to send me 20 except I lost count so I don't know how many I sent to myself or how many I received from others. Brilliant brain cramp on my part I guess.

You are exactly right. There are just some threads that never need starting, before anyone posts a thread take a minute to think what benefit it will have, unless of course it is just a fun thread.
