Next year we are considering going to POLY but we have 6 people in our family. Can we stay in one room at the POLY? I know we can't afford 2 rooms...so then we could not stay there at all... :(

We always go to a really cheap hotel and get 2 rooms... Just once I would like to stay on the monorail! ;)

We just booked Sept for $184 a night plus tax and they told us it would be an extra 25.00 for each adult above the first two

We stayed at the Poly with six people. My then three year old dd usually sleeps with dh and myself anyway, so it was fine. My 13 yr old son had the couch/bed, my 13 yr old dd and 5 yr old neice took one bed and dh and myself had the other bed.

I am usually up earlier than anone anyway, then my son wakes up, then the girls, lastly dh gets up, so the bathroom was not an issue. Even at the resort, we were only in the room to sleep, otherwise, we were on the patio, beach or pool.

We loved the Poly and would back again in a heartbeat, except that trip we bought into Disney's Vacation Club :)

Have fun!!!

Poly has 2 queen beds and a day bed. So with 2 on each bed and one on the day bed that gives you room for 5. I know you can also get a crib but I don't know if you can add a cot. The rooms are pretty big so maybe you can. We only had 4 in our group.
It is nice to be on the monorail. We stayed there once when our kids were small.
When they got bigger we went for 2 connecting rooms at all stars which is cheaper then 1 room at poly. You do get 2 bathrooms that way which helped in the morning. But the beds are full, not queen ( a little smaller).

It's only 5 to a room plus a child under 3 in the pack N play. There aren't rollaways or cots. I am pretty sure they don't allow morepeople due to fire code.

While it might be out of your price range, you might want to look into the suites offered at the Polynesian. With a discnount code, it might make it more in your ballpark.
