How many if you DVC members took advantage of the $399 premium annual pass?

We got them Only for the 20% discount (and of course they changed it to 10% starting Jan. 1ST ) I think it was still a pretty good deal. Not sure if I'll re-new next year if the price goes up. We don't do the water parks.

i bought three! We will activate them July 22nd, use them for the whole 11 day stay. Then use them again in a trip in January 2014 then again for our long summer trip in the summer of 2014 (prior to July 22)! I hope they keep these sort of deals coming!

We bought 3! Our trip plans include the last week of September 2013 (Value 1BR AKV), Second to last week of September 2014, and hopefully an Anniversary trip in July of 2014 provided we can find someone to watch our little beast. Last time MIL did, so hopefully they will be up for it again.

We just joined DVC when we went for our honeymoon in October and then bought the discounted PAPs after Christmas! It's a little nerve racking to spend that much money on something we won't use until next December though!

We bought 5! I waited almost until the ball dropped that night but after weeks of trying to decide, I went for it. We're new DVC members and have a trip planned for December at Kidani and then hoping for a week at BLT within the next year. I'm so excited to be a DVC member and a pass holder!

Same here. We don't do the water parks but the 20% discount was the draw for us. We got two of the APs and used them for our October and December WDW/DCL trips. Got the 20% discount on purchases for WDW and DCL only to find out that now the 20% is being reduced to the same 10% we got with the regular APs.

Our plans are 12 days in June, 8 in November and then I'll be going for F&G with my mom & aunt in April 2014.

I think it was a brilliant move on DVC's part as look how many of us are planning more trips than usual to take advantage of the passes. And how many of those people added on because of those trips? I bet there was an uptick in add-on's with this promo! I didn't add on - just borrowed - but it certainly makes the likelihood of an add-on far greater going forward for us.

We bought 3 and plan to activate them in May use them for 4 week long trips within the year. GREAT DEAL!

We purchased 2, and may activate them in early April on our way home from 2 mos in Gulf Shores, al. If not then, we will activate them in Dec and spend 12 nites in a 2 BR at SSR over Christmas, and then rent 2-3 mos off site. We really try to maximize the AP's whenever we have them. We live in the Idaho panhandle, so we like winter snow birding whenever we can do it.

We bought 2 when we were there for the Wine & Dine 1/2 marathon. Our first real trip to WDW. We upgraded from a 10 day park hopper so the Premium pass was just a bit more but we were able to save on our TIW card as well as the 20% merch discount in November. I don't know that we will make another trip because we are on the west coast and will visit DL at least 2 times in 2013, but it was a great deal.

We love the watermarks, and the boys like DisneyQuest, so it was too good of a deal to pass up.

We did. Pulled the trigger on the 31st. Used gift cards I bought at Kroger to get a great discount on gas too!

Will get three trips out of it. March, October and next February. Great deal!

But, why wouldn't you take advantage of the premium annual pass? It IS cheaper than the regular annual pass discount we normally receive.

That said, we bought 5.
