How many guests in 2 bed villa

I saw a post about this awhile back and cannot find it....so sorry for the repeat questions

I see varying posts about how many guests in a 2 bed villa at the beach club...some say 8 some say 10 anyone know for sure...Disney website says 8...but i thought i saw more on here

8 in a dedicated 2 bed villa. 9 in a lock-out (studio fits 5 plus 1 bedroom fits 4). at BCV.

Nope the Disney limit is up to 8 Adults in 2 BR Beach Club Villa. Here are the bedding configurations: 1 King Bed and 2 Queen Beds and 1 Double-Size Pull Down Bed or 1 King Bed and 2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa.

A Villa 2 BR lock-off can sleep 9 for example.

The only two bedroom villa that sleeps ten is the GFV lockoff two bedroom villa with two murphy beds, two queen sleeper sofas, one queen bed, one king bed. Most of the rest sleep nine with either a murphy bed or twin sleeper chair (depends on the resort and whether dedicated or lockoff). BCV, BWV, BRV dedicated only sleep eight on DRC reservation. But nine on DVC reservation. You provide the bed, linens and towels for number nine if a DVC reservation. Only CCV and AKV-Value Villas are a hard eight. SSR will permit nine if you are a DVC member on points or booking through DVC, but only eight if booking through Disney Reservation Center whether lockoff or dedicated.

haha. This is the most accurate, detailed response. My response may have been accurate, but not this accurate.

OP, is anyone in your family running the Disney Marathon on Sunday, Jan 13? If you are arriving on Jan 13, most of the marathon should be over before it would affect your getting around. Unless you plan to arrive at 8AM or 9AM.

I assume that you have linked the reservation to your MDE? If so, take a look at the reservation information. It should either say 2 Bedroom Villa or 2 Bedroom Lock-Off Villa. That would let you know what is booked.
