How Many DVC Points Do You Own?

321 total over 4 resorts; 160 BLT, 50 VGC, 75 AKV, and 36 VWL {those last 36 are paid for & in the system, but technically still waiting for me to finish signing and get the papers back to the Mouse}

150pts at SSR. The wife and I are thinking of adding on a small contract once SSR is paid for. Of course, with the economy right now, we are thankful we are both working and able to be members - so 150 points is certainly a blessing for us. No complaints!!!!

A few reasons-

1) We usually stay in studios; maximum reallocation nightly rate is 18 points / night. I also like 6 night stays; 6 * 18 = 108 points. One third (bank use borrow) of that = 36. Also, 6 nights crosses over the potential 5 night minimum that COULD be imposed someday...
2) I previously owned 285 points; I now own at 4 resorts and 321 points; the numbers amuse me; my DVC membership is a countdown now: 4-3-2-1!
3) My parents chipped in some cash (25 points worth) twoards the add-on; they covered the cost of my 75 points @ AKV but decided they wanted to use more [100 total per year on average] and LOVED their stay @ VWL. It was VERY comfortable for me to burn some of a tax refund to cover the cost of the remaining 11 points.

we have 660; 200 at wlv, 150 at bcv, 150 at akl, and 160 at blt. We had 220 at SSR but we sold them. In a way I feel like we have more than should be enough, but there are always times we wish for more, I guess. Not getting more anytime soon.

We have three 200 points contracts at AKV for a Total of 600. We have three grown children and that way we can gift them each a contract when we decide to do so, (which will probably be never!). Right now we are enjoying it too much ourselves. After visiting BCV and BWV in Dec. we may buy a resale soon at one of them. We love AKV, however and really love taking the grandkids there.

Sorry, I only have the one set so I'm afraid they aren't available "for rent or trade". [No transfers or sales either!] But if you ever have extra points {as if there were such a thing} I'm sure they'd be willing to help you use them...

We have 610 point. 300 at SR, 150 at AKL and 160 at BLT. We have 6 contracts so that we can split them evenly between our two kids.

We have 325!! We started at 200 at BLT in Jan 2010 and I just added 125 more at BLT this weekend while I was there!

We have 340pts 210 at AKV and just added on 130 at SSR. Thats it for awhile for us until we can start going more often. Right now we go once a year over Christmas so it uses a lot of points. We are talking about definatly going twice a year though now that we did the add on.

1,000 at 500 vwl, 250 BCV, 250 SSR We mainly cruise. After 11 years which includes our B2B in 2011 we have a total investment of $129.400 original purchase and maintenance fees and the cash value of our vacations is $143,000 so we will enjoy another 30 years.
