How many Downhill slide pieces do you have?

If you don't mind me asking, how do you get that many?!?!?

I have been sliding for a good part of the day for myself, and both my parents, and have only seemed to get about 35 pieces in all. Do you have multiple screens? A few computers? I need help before the slide-a-thon ends! LOL

Yes, I have multiple computers and multiple windows I also systematically refresh my connection every 25 or so minutes...

Okay, I mean this in the most respectful way...but that is INSANE!!! I have about 12 myself lol. Covering also for two others. Oh my...that is simply amazing! lol

hehe. it's totally INSANE. I'm on call for work this weekend anyway so I'm tied to the computer. I may as well be tied doing something fun

I looked pretty funny earlier. We have a big desk with one computer in it, which has a pretty bug monitor. Then we have two other laptop computers. I took both and put them on the desk with the other monitor. So I had three computers all in one desk all doing the VMK sliding, LOL.

I tried the two windows in the same computer, but it just went too slow for me, and I was losing connection way too fast.

The lines are getting shorter, so I should not have too much trouble getting 40 or maybe even 50 by the end of the slides tonight.

Thanks for the advice though. I will try that next Ride-A-Thon.

I seem to have way more down pieces than uphill pieces. I think that the lines were much easier to get into today.

to me, all of u guys have a lot, i have like.. only three including yesterday's slide-a-thon bc my computer is VERY laggy and slow! but im hopping i can trade for slide parts or get some for free. ( and if i want to make a ride for the competition than i HAVE to get more of course! )

the rooms were A LOT easier to get into today than yesterday. but maybe because I logged in 2-3 hours before the event closed?

Well, after all is said and done, I have 87 of yesterday's slide pieces and 128 of today's. I spent a total of five hours (off and on) each day and today's event just seemed to go smoother and faster.

I managed to cover my family today as well, and still wound up with about 35 pieces for my character. At least I had more time today.
