How many documents to notarize

We are sellers and our contract went to Disney today. Just wondering if anyone can tell me how many documents I will need to get notarized from the closing company. We don’t have any free notary services here (Canada) and while most notary public’s have similar fees for the first document there seems to be a bit of range of price on subsequent documents. Trying to have my ducks in a row for when the paper work comes.

I sold one last winter. There were 4 documents that had to be notarized.
