how many disney visa payments can be made in a month?

we always pay the balance in full, but this month's bill is 40% larger than usual because we had to book several hotels for different events. can i make one payment now and another before statement closing, avoiding interest? has anyone done this? i know with my previous card i could, but i can't find any info on payment limits on the website. thanks.

I have made more than one payment to Disney Visa. The most I have made is two though.

So you can do 2 with no problems? I was concerned that I would make a partial and be locked out for the month, paying interest on the balance.

You can make a payment every 3 days. I do this often with dh being a OTR truck driver. Got to pay off the fuel expense

I've made a bunch in a month. I think I've done up to 5. I think as long as they're 3 days apart, it doesn't matter how many you make.

I pay my in full every friday for whatever purchases I put on it that week.

You can make as many as you want as long as they are 2-3 days apart. I make quite a few each month also.

Yup, every 3 days. That's why I charge everything for the points. I don't have to worry about a balance or not having the money to pay the bill. If I don't have enough in my bank account, I don't buy.

When you say payments have to be 3 days apart, do you think I have to wait 3 days to make another payment, or any payment I make has to be three says either side of 10/18?

It's 3 days on either side of your existing 10/18 payment. I tried to do a payment close to my normal payment date for one reason or another and it came back with a message stating that I already had a payment in process.

Why didn't I think of that! We pay ours off monthly but the bill is often over $1k and I HATE IT!!! It drives me absolutely bonkers... I cut up our card once (it was renewing in a few months anyway, so the bank mailed new cards) just out of the frustration of trying to get everything balanced so we could pay it off. DH doesn't get it ... but maybe he'll go for this idea - COOL!!!

That's good to know. I might have gotten caught. I wonder why they care if you make payments within 3 days of each other.

Great thread. Love the pay every Friday idea, although the way I pay my bills right now, it works better to pay once per month right now.
