How Many Deluxe Inn Rooms at Vero Beach?

Does anyone know exactly how many Deluxe Inn rooms are at Vero Beach?

The Resource Sticky on the Disboards and the DVCNews both show that Vero Beach has 112 Deluxe Inn rooms. However, I have been going through the Declarations and deeds filed by Disney for Vero Beach and I come up with 115 Deluxe Inn rooms.

I come up with the same number of Grand Villas (six), Dedicated Two-bedroom Villas (18), and Lockoff Two-bedroom Villas (36) as the other sites, but I count three more Deluxe Inn rooms.
