My family will be in Orlando from July 27 - August 3 2002. We are planning to go to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World. How many days would you recommend for maximum enjoyment? We are not planning to go to Disney World as we were there for a week in September. Any suggestions? My family is: Myself, DH, DD (12) and DSs (7 & 9)

I am considering purchasing the 4-park passes which are good for 14 consecutive days and gives unlimited access to the 3 parks I mentioned plus Wet n Wild.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

It sounds liie you are on the right track. Each park takes about one day to see. Some people only want to see the hightlights or best rides and skip over the smaller attractions and they can do the parks faster. However all three parks have many details that can be easily overlooked.

I recommend one extra day to go back to things you missed or really enjoyed. The flexticket will allow you to do this. Don't forget to take some time off from the theme parks or you will go home exhausted.

With the Orlando flexticket you are not paying for 14 days. What I mean is that when you add up the price of a one day ticket for each of the parks, you will spend more than a flexticket, The other days on the flexticket are free.

Thank you so much for your response! I am even more convinced now that the 4-park pass is the way to go. This allows us plenty of leisure time and the ability to park hop. I am definitely going to include 'down time' in our itinerary since we will be driving down from South Carolina.
