We wanted to do AKL but it was out of our budget. One day we'll get there. That place looks like a lot of fun.
When we initially planned our trip, we planned on waiting until the morning of to tell our kids too. We lasted about a week and told them. It was hard to plan with them around all the time, talking in code was getting old and I busting at the seams to tell them! Lol

197 days...luckily I can make some ADRs in a week so I can get out of this planning downtime I'm in right now! I always love something to plan!

You can't make ADRs in a week if you're currently 197 days out. It sounds like you're thinking of the 180+10 perk if you're staying on property, but that doesn't mean that you can book at 190 days out from your arrival date. It means that when you're 180 days out from your arrival date you can book for that date and up to 10 days after. Sorry.

We are down to hours!!! We will be pulling out of our parking lot at 4:00 EST. That's in 7 1/2 hours!!!

This is our first time driving down there (last year was our first trip ever), so I'm a little nervous about the drive -- Don't want to get lost, ya know.

Have Fun!! We drove last year from PA. It's VERY long but kinda fun because your looking forward to getting there. Coming home your just tured and want to get home lol If your on the east coast, just take 95 south than follow your signs for Orlando. We're staying at POFQ when we go down. This will be the first time we stated on site. I can't wait!
