How Many Days Should I Do at Each Park for 10 Days?

It really depends on your group. My kids are 18 and 12 and have loved DHS for years. They can easily ride RnRC and ToT over and over again and we have done this plenty of times. AK is just gorgeous at night (I fell in love with AK when they used to do PM EMH many years ago) and now that they stay open later we must spend 2 days there next trip. When we've gone in August in the past we only spend a morning there since it's SOOOO HOT! This trip is in November and I'm very much looking forward to spending more time there without feeling like I'm going to die from heat exhaustion.

We do hoppers and split up our days. We also do midday breaks by the pool so we never really spend a full day in the parks. We are also starting out with some RD days and then doing sleep in days and shutting down the parks.

For our next trip we have 10 day hoppers and MVMCP tickets. We will end up spending 3 MK, 3 DHS, 2 AK, 2 Epcot. We are staying at BWV and won't be spending all of our time at Epcot. We prefer DHS, even before TSL. Future World doesn't have much to it. We can bang it out in 1/2-3/4 of a day but we like riding things multiple times during a trip so we do give Epcot extra time. WS is great but not all kids or adults enjoy it as much as the next. My kids can take it or leave it. They'd rather be riding rides or at the pool.

We do 10 days with hoppers and we don't ever spend a full day/night in one park. I generally break it into morning, afternoon, evening park time. When all is said and done on this trip we are just back from we spent 2 days in MK + 2 MNSHHP and 1 After Hours event, 2.5 days in EP, 1.5 days in DHS 1.5 days in AK and 1.5 days down time (usually the pool).

10 days would be amazing :) We are doing 8, and we definitely added hoppers because we're going during Christmas Party season and will be getting kicked out of MK early on every day we are going there except for the one day we're actually attending the party. lol So we are doing MK-4 (possibly one of these is full day for party day and the other 3 we'll leave by supper time), AK-1, DHS-1.5, EP-1.5. Our preference for multi day park is always MK, but it would be nice to know we had 2 full days for every park. :)

I would probably pay the extra $60 or whatever it is and get a hopper. But last year we did 2 days DHS, 2 days AK, 3 days Epcot and 3 days MK. In hindsight I should've just done one day at DHS and spent an extra day at AK or Epcot.

I'm doing 9 days in November, with hoppers. Here's what I'm doing.

1/2 HS, 1/2 EP
1/2 MK, 1/2 AK
EP
MK + Party
AK
MK + Party
AK
HS
Early Morning Magic + 1/2 MK, 1/2 AK

If I were doing 10 without hoppers, I'd probably do 4 MK, 4 AK, 1 EP, 1 HS. I love Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Epcot and Hollywood Studios are both cool, but I like the other two a lot more. It's all a matter of personal preference.

Something to consider in regards to Park Hoppers is the time of year you're going. We go in January when everything shuts down at 8:00 or 9:00 and I've never felt the need to get the hopper. If parks stayed open until midnight I could see taking an afternoon break and hopping to another park but with shortened park hours I just couldn't justify the extra cost.

How many days is the trip? If I were doing a 10 day trip, I'd want 1-2 rest days built in and would only need an 8 day ticket. If your trip is longer than 10 days and are already planning on rest days, I would do 3 days at MK, 3 days at Epcot, 2 days at DHS and 2 days AK.

We would have to have hoppers and then it would break down something like MK 4, EC 1 (two halves), AK 3, DHS 2 (one full two halves)
